Yoga and Meditation Weekend Breaks at Duncton Mill

Your day

Most people who come have experience and may or may not be adepts. The yoga weekend is aimed at those with experience, but beginners are welcome. There are many things beginners and experienced can both do in a yoga class. When we teach the more difficult postures, beginners start gently, with adaptations, and may not always be able to do everything the rest of the class is given. They will be offered something more suitable to do instead. Dynamic and challenging variations are given to those who are ready to benefit from them. Everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace.


FREE TIME


There are lovely walks and countryside to enjoy and plenty of free time. A pool that is heated in summer! There is space for contemplation and silence, further study or relaxation. The atmosphere is friendly, non-judgemental and informal, there is normally plenty of laughter and conversation, but people can equally be quiet and find solitude if they would like to. There's no pressure to attend all the sessions, you are free to enjoy yourself as you like. But there is an opportunity to go deeply into yoga if you want to.
